Instructions for the User
This template is designed for marketing teams of 3–10 members. Each team member must update their expense log by EOD Friday. Managers must approve expenses within 48 hours. The “Team Finance Summary” sheet shows personal spending trends—helping individuals avoid overspending and encouraging fiscal responsibility. Never enter personal expenses without selecting “Personal” in the Paid By column; doing so triggers alerts in the Dashboard and may affect bonus calculations tied to budget adherence.
