Budget & Expenses Sheet

Instructions for the User

- In the Budget sheet, list all expected expenses. Update "Actual Spent" weekly or biweekly.
- In Performance Metrics, input results from Google Analytics, CRM, or ad platforms weekly.
- Use the drop-down menus for Status and Prioritization — they trigger formatting automatically.
- When ready to report or share with stakeholders, go to the Printable Summary tab. This sheet is pre-formatted for A4 or Letter paper: all charts are sized correctly, margins are optimized, headers/footers include your company logo and page numbers.
- To print: File → Print → Select “Fit to Page” and choose black & white if needed. The layout preserves structure even when printed in grayscale.
