Conditional Formatting Rules
- Task Tracker!D:D: Green for “Completed”, Yellow for “In Progress”, Red for “Not Started”.
- Task Tracker!H:H: Highlight overdue tasks in red if due date is before TODAY() and status ≠ Completed.
- Budget & Spend!D:D: Red fill if >0 (over budget), Green fill if <0 (under budget).
