    User Instructions

Begin by entering your top 3–5 marketing goals in the “Marketing Goals” sheet. Then, break each goal into 3–8 specific tasks in the “Task Tracker.” Assign due dates and priorities. Update status weekly — even if it’s just checking a box. Review the “Dashboards” sheet every Sunday to see progress at a glance. Use the Budget sheet to log expenses as you incur them; this prevents overspending on tools or ads. Never leave tasks unupdated — this template only works with consistent use.

    A2: G001 | B2: “Increase email list by 500 in Q4” | C2: 500 | D2: In Progress | E2: 65% | F2: 12/31/24

    • Pie Chart: Task Status Distribution (Not Started / In Progress / Completed)
    • Line Chart: Monthly Budget Spent vs. Planned
    • Gantt-style Timeline using colored cells to show task duration across dates.
