FORMULAS REQUIRED

  • Total Hours: =IF(AND(ISNUMBER([@Start Time]),ISNUMBER([@End Time])), ([@End Time]-[@Start Time])*24, "") — converts Excel time values to decimal hours.
  • Actual Hours per Campaign: =SUMIFS(ActivityLog[Total Hours], ActivityLog[Campaign ID], [@Campaign ID]) — auto-sums logged hours tied to each campaign.
  • ROI Calculation: =IF([@Budget]>0, ([@Revenue] - [@Budget]) / [@Budget] * 100, "") — calculates percentage return based on revenue generated.
  • Total Team Hours (Dashboard): =SUM(ActivityLog[Total Hours])
  • Percent of Total Time per Category: =SUMIFS(ActivityLog[Total Hours], ActivityLog[Category], A2) / SUM(ActivityLog[Total Hours]) — used in pie charts.

CONDITIONAL FORMATTING

  • Overallocated Campaigns: If Actual Hours > Allocated Hours by >10%, highlight row in light red.
