This is the heart of the template, where daily activities are recorded with precision:

Formulas Used:

  • =SUMIF(TimeTracker!D:D,D2,TimeTracker!E:E) — calculates total time spent per channel

Conditional Formatting Rules:

  • If Time Spent > 4 hours: Cell background turns red to indicate potential inefficiency or burnout risk.
  • If Status = "Completed" in the Goals sheet: corresponding rows in Time Tracker are highlighted green.
  • If a date is entered more than 7 days ago without activity for that tactic: text turns orange as a reminder to re-engage.

3. Daily Summary Dashboard
