  • Date Auto-Fill: A2 = TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY())+2 (for Monday start of week)

  • Category Auto-Populate: E2 = VLOOKUP(C2,TaskLibrary!$A:$C,3,FALSE)
  • Total Hours Per Week: In Dashboard: =SUM(WeeklyTracker!F:F)
  • Average Daily Time: =AVERAGEIF(WeeklyTracker!B:B,"<>",WeeklyTracker!F:F)

CONDITIONAL FORMATTING

  • Red Highlight: Applied to cells in “Progress Status” column if value = “Delayed.”
  • Green Highlight: Applied if task is marked “Completed” and time spent ≤ Avg. Time from Task Library.
  • Yellow Highlight: If time spent exceeds Avg. Time by >20%, suggesting inefficiency.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER

  1. Start each week by reviewing the Task Library. Add new tasks or update existing benchmarks as needed.
  2. Each Monday, enter the current date in cell A2. The rest of the week’s dates auto-populate.
  3. Select a Task ID from column C dropdown menu to auto-fill task details and category.
  4. Log hours spent daily under “Time Spent (Hours).” Be realistic—accuracy is key for reporting.
  5. Update Progress Status after completing or pausing tasks.
  6. Use the Notes column to document challenges, tools used, or outcomes for future reference.
  7. At week’s end, review Dashboard Summary for visual insights: which channels consumed most time? Were goals met?
