    Conditional Formatting

    • Status column: “Exceeded” = green fill; “On Track” = yellow; “Behind” = red.
    • Budget Remaining: Below 10% of original budget = orange highlight.
    • Date column: Highlight weekends in light gray for visual clarity.
    • Campaign Name: Bold if Campaign Status in Library is “Active.”

    Instructions for the User

    1. Begin by populating the Campaign Library sheet with all active campaigns, including ID, name, channel, goal type, total budget.
    2. In the Weekly Planner, select a week start date from the dropdown. The system auto-fills campaign details via VLOOKUP.
    3. Enter actual metrics and spend for each campaign. Use dropdowns for consistency.
    4. Check the Status column to see performance at-a-glance.
    5. Update budget remaining; if low, review spending or reallocate in Campaign Library.
    6. Add notes on what worked/didn’t work each week in the Notes & Logs sheet.
    7. Review KPI Dashboard weekly to identify trends and adjust strategy monthly.
