  • Date (Week Start): =TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),2)+1 — auto-populates the Monday of the current week.
  • Day of Week: =TEXT(A2,"dddd") — converts date to full day name.
  • Total Time Spent: =SUM(G:G) — displayed in a summary box above the table.
  • Total Budget Used: =SUM(H:H) — total marketing spend for the week.
  • Tasks Completed: =COUNTIF(F:F,"Completed") — counts completed tasks.
  • Completion Rate (%): =(COUNTIF(F:F,"Completed")/COUNTA(C:C))*100 — percentage of tasks completed relative to total planned.

Conditional Formatting
