=End_Date - Start_Date + 1(to calculate working days). - Status Color Logic: Uses conditional formatting to highlight status in green (Completed), yellow (In Progress), red (Not Started).
- Progress Bar Visualization: Utilizes Excel’s "Data Bars" conditional formatting based on the progress percentage.
- Milestone Indicator: Conditional formatting applied if "Milestone Flag" is TRUE to make tasks stand out visually.
Conditional Formatting Features
- Status Column (G): Color-coded based on status: Red for “Not Started”, Yellow for “In Progress”, Green for “Completed”.
- Progress Bar: Applies data bars to the % column, visually representing task completion.
- Milestones: Tasks flagged as milestones appear in bold with a diamond icon and purple background.
- Dates Near/Overdue: If a task’s end date is less than or equal to today, it turns red. If past due, flashes orange.
