Conditional Formatting

- Date Column: Highlights tasks due within the next 3 days in red. Tasks past the deadline are bolded and italicized with a dark red background.
- Priority Column: High priority tasks appear with a bright red fill; Medium in yellow; Low in light gray.
- Budget Allocated ($): If exceeding 110% of expected budget, trigger a red highlight using conditional formatting rules.
- Dashboard KPIs: Progress bars for completion rate (green if ≥90%, yellow if 75–89%, red if below 75%).
User Instructions
