- Duration Calculation:

Conditional Formatting Rules
- Status Color Coding: Apply color scales based on status:
- Not Started: Light Gray
- In Progress: Yellow (with 50% fill)
- On Hold: Orange
- Completed: Green
- Past Due Tasks: Highlight entire row in red if overdue and not completed.
- Milestones: Format milestone tasks with a diamond-shaped icon (inserted via conditional formatting using symbols).
- Dates: Use data bars for start and end dates to visually represent duration on the Gantt chart.
User Instructions
- Open the template in Microsoft Excel (version 2016 or later).
- Navigate to the Project Data sheet and enter your project details row by row.
