- Date (Planner Sheet): Formatted as "dd/mm/yyyy" for consistency.
- Habit Status (✓ / ✗ / -): Manual input, with validation via data validation rules to limit entries.
- Time Completed: Time format (12-hour or 24-hour) using Excel’s time formatting.
- Completion Rate Formula (Planner Sheet):
=COUNTIF(B2:H2,"✓") / COUNTA(B2:H2)*100— calculates completion percentage for each habit row. - Weekly Average Formula (Planner Sheet):
=AVERAGE(Planner!B7:H7)— computes overall weekly completion rate. - Daily Log Summary (Daily Log Sheet):
=COUNTIF(C:C,"✓")— counts total completed habits for the day.
CONDITIONAL FORMATTING RULES
The template uses dynamic conditional formatting to improve visual clarity:- Habit Completion Status:
- If "✓" → Green background with white checkmark icon.
- If "✗" → Red background with X icon.
- If "-" (skipped) → Gray background with no symbol.
- Completion Rate:
- Green if ≥ 80%
- Yellow if 60–79%
- Red if < 60% (alerts poor adherence).
- Daily Log Highlighting:
- Auto-color rows based on status (green for ✓, red for ✗).
USER INSTRUCTIONS
- Open the template and save it with your team name or office code.
