    Formulas Required

    • Time Overrun Rate: Calculate as (Actual - Estimated) / Estimated, with error handling using IFERROR.
    • Daily Task Count: Use =COUNTIF(DailyLog!A:A,TODAY())
    • Data Pull from Archive: Use VLOOKUP or INDEX-MATCH to pull historical data into the Dashboard Overview.

    Conditional Formatting Rules

    • Status Highlighting: If "Completed", cells in column G turn green; if "Pending", turn yellow; if "In Progress", turn blue.
    • Priority Coloring: High priority (H) tasks are highlighted in red; Medium (M) in orange; Low (L) in gray.
    • Time Overrun Alert: If actual time exceeds estimated by 10% or more, the entire row turns light red with bold text.
    • Daily Target Completion: A progress bar is displayed for each day based on the ratio of completed tasks to total planned.

    Instructions for the User

    1. Open the Excel file and enable editing if prompted.
    2. Navigate to the Daily Log sheet. The current date will be automatically populated in cell A2.
    3. Add your tasks in subsequent rows under "Task Name". Use the dropdown for Category and Priority Level.
