Required Formulas

=SUMIFS(RevenueRange, DateRange, TODAY()) – Sum revenue for today only.
=IFERROR((Revenue - Expenses) / Revenue * 100, 0) – Calculate profit margin with error handling.
=OFFSET(...COUNTA(...) -7) – Dynamic rolling average over the last 7 days.
=VLOOKUP(Date, DailyOperationsLog!A:G, 2, FALSE) – Retrieve specific daily figures.

Conditional Formatting Rules

Red Highlight: If profit margin is below 10% → apply red fill to cell.
Green Highlight: If daily revenue exceeds the 7-day average → green border.
Amber Warning: When operating costs exceed budgeted amount by 15% or more.
Data bars: Applied to "Revenue" and "Expenses" columns in Dashboard for visual comparison.

User Instructions

Open the template and enable editing (Enable Content if prompted).
