Conditional Formatting
- Negative Change: Red fill with white text for values where % Change is below 0%.
- Positive Growth: Green fill with dark green text for items showing growth above 5%.
- Status Column: Color-coded background (Blue = Draft, Yellow = Verified, Green = Finalized, Red = Rejected).
- Threshold Alerts: If any liability exceeds 30% of total assets, the cell highlights in orange to flag potential financial risk.
Instructions for the User
- Open the template and save a copy with your company name and reporting period (e.g., "BalanceSheet_Report_Q3_2024.xlsx").
- Navigate to the Balance Sheet (Detailed) sheet. Enter each financial line item in the designated table, ensuring correct categorization.
- Input values for both Current Period and Prior Period. The template auto-calculates change and percentage.
