Schools, Work, and Home Life Organization: A Personal Chore Chart for Process Documentation
The purpose of this Excel template is to streamline daily routines and long-term task management in personal environments—whether for an individual living independently, a student managing household responsibilities, or a family aiming to share chores equitably. Daily Log: A dynamic record for tracking when each chore was completed, by whom, and with what notes.
Dashboard & Analytics: A visual summary of performance metrics, completion rates, and trend analysis using charts and KPIs.

=IF(Status="Completed", 1, 0): Converts completion status into a numeric score for analytics.
=COUNTIFS(Daily Log!$B:$B, "CH001", Daily Log!$C:$C, "Completed"): Counts how many times a specific chore has been completed.
=AVERAGEIFS(Daily Log!$D:$D, Daily Log!$C:$C, "Completed"): Calculates average completion time for all completed chores.
=IF(TODAY()=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()), MONTH(TODAY()), DAY(Chore Due Date)), "Due Today", ""): Highlights tasks due today (optional due date column).
Conditional Formatting Rules
Overdue Chores: If a chore is scheduled daily and marked “Missed” on or before today’s date, the row turns red.
Average Time Alerts: If actual duration exceeds estimated duration by 20% or more, the cell turns yellow.
Completion Rate Status: Green if >90%, yellow if 75–89%, red if below 75% (applied to dashboard KPIs).
Daily Log Status: “Not Started” appears in gray, “In Progress” in blue, “Completed” in green, and “Missed” in red.

Daily Logging: Each day, open the Daily Log and update status, time taken, and who completed it.
Review Weekly: Use the Dashboard & Analytics sheet to track trends. Look for recurring delays or inefficient tasks.
