2. Process Tracker (Core Documentation Table)
This is the heart of the Process Documentation system, designed to map every phase in client management.
- Process ID: Unique code (e.g., C-PROJ-001) (text).
- Client ID: Reference to Client Details sheet (linked lookup).
- Phase Name: e.g., Onboarding, Service Delivery, Review Cycle, Renewal Prep (text).
