Conditional Formatting Rules
- Status Column (Daily Task Log):
- Completed: Green fill with white text.
- In Progress: Yellow fill.
- Blocked: Red background with bold red text.
- Priorities (Daily Task Log): High = Red, Medium = Orange, Low = Green (background only).
- Last Updated (Process Catalog): If the date is older than 7 days: highlight in light red.
User Instructions
- Open the template and save it with your company name (e.g., "AcmeStartup_DailyPlanner.xlsx").
- On the "Daily Task Log" sheet, enter your tasks daily. Use dropdowns for consistency.
- When creating a new process, go to "Process Catalog" and add it with full details (owner, steps, status).
- Link each task in the Daily Task Log to its corresponding Process ID (e.g., PROC-001).
- Update the “Last Updated” field when modifying any process.
- At day's end, review the "Daily Summary Dashboard" for metrics and insights.
