VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP: In the Dashboard, pull process names based on Process ID from the "Process Reference" sheet.
SUMIFS: Calculate total expenses per process (e.g., =SUMIFS(ExpenseTracker!$E:$E, ExpenseTracker!$B:$B, A2) to sum all costs for a specific Process ID).
COUNTIF / COUNTIFS: Count the number of expenses per category or status.
AVERAGEIFS: Compute average expense amount by category or process.
DATEDIF: Calculate duration between "Last Updated" and current date to track process age.
IF / AND / OR Logic: Flag overdue documentation updates (e.g., if last updated more than 180 days ago).
Conditional Formatting
Enhances visual data interpretation:
Expense Amounts: Red for amounts above $500; yellow for $100–$500; green below $100.
Status Column: Color-coded: red for "Rejected", green for "Paid", orange for "Approved", gray for "Pending".
Last Updated: Light red fill if more than 90 days since update; light yellow if between 31–90 days.

User Instructions
Create a New Process: Go to "Process Documentation" and fill in all fields. Use the "Process ID" as a reference for future tracking.
Add Expenses: Navigate to "Expense Tracker". Select the correct Process ID from the dropdown (based on available entries in “Process Reference”). Enter date, amount, category, and description.
Update Status: Mark expenses as "Approved" or "Paid" once processed. This updates real-time dashboards.

Document Updates: When revising a process, update the "Last Updated" date and increment the version number.
