Formulas Required:
- Auto-Date Fill: Use =TODAY() in the first row and drag down to auto-populate dates.
- Status Tracking Formula: =IF(B2="", "Pending", B2) ensures empty fields show as "Pending".
- Monthly Summary (in Dashboard): Use =COUNTIF(HabitTracker!$C:$C, "Complete") to count completed habits per month.
Conditional Formatting:
- Habit Status Colors:

Recommended Charts & Dashboards:
- Daily Completion Rate Chart (Line Graph): Shows trend of "Complete" vs. "Incomplete" over time.
- Monthly Habit Achievement Summary (Bar Chart): Compares number of completed tasks per month.
- Pareto Analysis: Identify top 3 processes with the highest completion rates or most frequent failures.
- Status Heatmap: A weekly calendar view where each cell is color-coded based on habit status for that day.
User Instructions:
- Open the workbook and navigate to the Habit Tracker (Client View) sheet.
- Select the date in column A, then choose the corresponding Process ID from the drop-down list.
- Set your status for that habit (Complete, Incomplete, Pending, Skipped) using the dropdown menu.
- Add optional notes if there are exceptions or improvements made on that day.
- Repeat daily. The Dashboard will auto-update based on formula inputs.
- Review the Dashboard weekly to assess progress and identify trends in habit consistency.
