Task Tracker Sheet

Conditional Formatting Rules
To enhance readability and usability, the template includes several conditional formatting rules:- Status Highlighting: Cells in the "Status" column change color based on value: red for "Overdue", orange for "Due Soon", green for "On Track".
- Task Status Coloring: In Task Tracker, cells with status “Complete” are shaded green; “In Progress” is blue; “Not Started” remains white.
- Next Due Date Alerts: If a process’s "Next Due Date" is within 7 days of today, the entire row turns yellow. If it's past due, the row turns red.
- Frequency Color Coding: Rows in Process Catalog are color-coded by frequency for visual categorization (e.g., blue for Monthly, green for Daily).
User Instructions

- If you complete a task, change its status to "Complete" and optionally enter the date. The "Last Completed" field in Process Catalog will auto-update via formula if linked properly.
