Formulas Required
- Ending Balance: = Beginning_Balance + Receipts - Issues + Adjustments (in Weekly Inventory Log)
- Theoretical Ending Balance: Sum of all Ending Balances for the week per Item ID in Reconciliation Summary
- Variance: = Week-End Count (Physical) - Theoretical Ending Balance
- Variance Status: = IF(Variance=0, "OK", IF(Variance > 0, "Overage", "Shortage"))
- Auto-fill Description/Category: Use VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP to pull from Master Item List using Item ID
Conditional Formatting
- Variance Status: Green for "OK", Yellow for "Overage", Red for "Shortage"
- Ending Balance: Highlight values below a set threshold (e.g., 10 units) in light orange to flag low stock
- Adjustments: If > 5 units, highlight red to indicate potential anomalies
User Instructions
