Conditional Formatting:

  • Red Highlight (Expenses): If amount is negative and type = "Expense" → applies red fill to expense rows.

  • Yellow Alert (Over Budget): If actual spending exceeds budget in the “Expense Categories” sheet → conditional format applies yellow background to those rows.
  • Status Indicators: Different colors per status (Pending = Blue, Paid = Green, Reconciled = Gray).

User Instructions:
