Formulas Required
Auto-incrementing Process ID and Item ID: Use the formula =IF(A2="","",CONCAT("PRC-",TEXT(COUNTA(A:A)-1,"000"))) for process IDs. Similarly, use =CONCAT("SL-",TEXT(COUNTA(A:A),"000")) in the Shopping List.
Status Count Summary: On the Dashboard, use COUNTIF(StatusColumn,"Completed") to calculate total completed items.
Due Date Warning: Use conditional formatting with a formula like =AND(G2"Completed") to flag overdue tasks.
Status Distribution Pie Chart: Shows % of tasks by status (Completed, In Progress, etc.).
Process Phase Completion Bar Chart: Compares progress across each phase of the process.
Task Count by Category (Column Chart): Identifies most common item types in shopping lists.
