  • Duration (Minutes): =IF(OR(B2="", C2=""), "", (C2-B2)*1440) This formula calculates the difference between End and Start Time in minutes. Excel treats time as fractions of a day, so multiplying by 1440 converts it to minutes.
  • Total Hours per Day: =SUMIF($A$2:$A$100, A2, $F$2:$F$100)/60 Used in the Summary sheet to aggregate total time spent on process steps by date.
