2. Time Tracking Log Sheet

This sheet records time entries for each task, enabling accurate tracking and analysis.

Column Data Type Description
Entry ID Numeric (Auto-increment) Unique identifier for each time entry.
Date Date When the task was performed (MM/DD/YYYY).
Process ID Text (Dropdown from Process Documentation) Links to the documented process.
Step Number Numeric Corresponds to the step in Process Documentation.
User Name Text (Dropdown or Free Text) Name of the person recording time.
Start Time Time (HH:MM) When work began.
End Time Time (HH:MM) When work ended.
