- Duration (H:MM):

Conditional Formatting Rules
- Status Color Coding:
- To Do: Gray fill (#F0F0F0)
- In Progress: Yellow fill (#FFF9C4)
- Completed: Green fill (#D1FFD1)
- Blocked: Red fill (#FFCDD2) with red border
- Duration > 4 Hours: Highlight in orange text if duration exceeds 4 hours.
- Past Due Tasks: If "Date" is before today and status is not "Completed", apply bold red text.
Instructions for the User
- Open the template and save it with a unique name reflecting your project or department.
- Navigate to the Daily Task Log sheet. Enter today’s date in the first cell, then drag down to auto-populate all seven days.
- For each daily task, fill in:
- Process ID/Code: Reference a process from the Process Documentation Hub.
- Task Description: Be specific—include what, why, and how.

- Duration: Excel auto-calculates based on time inputs.
- Use the Process Documentation Hub to create, revise, and archive SOPs. Link them via Process ID in the log.
