Formulas Required
To support automation and analysis, the following key formulas are implemented:
=WEEKDAY(A2, 2) – Returns day of week (1=Monday) to dynamically populate "Day of Week" column.
=IF(B2="Completed", "✅", IF(B2="In Progress", "📌", "")) – Adds visual status icons based on task status.
=COUNTIF($E$2:E2, "High") – Counts high-priority tasks per week to calculate workload intensity.
=SUMIFS(C:C, D:D, "Work", F:F, "Completed") – Sums total time spent in work categories.
=VLOOKUP(A2, Goals!A:B, 2, FALSE) – Links task to associated annual goal when referenced.
=NETWORKDAYS(A2, B2) – Calculates number of working days between two dates.
Conditional Formatting Rules
Conditional formatting is applied to enhance visual clarity and support decision-making:
Priorities: High items turn red; Medium turns yellow; Low turns green.
Status: "Completed" rows are highlighted in light green with a check icon.
Overdue Tasks: If date is past today, row is highlighted in orange with a warning icon.
Time Blocks Overlap: Uses formula to detect overlapping entries and flags them in red.
Daily Completion Rate: A dynamic bar chart shows % of daily tasks completed (based on status).
