Formulas Required

  • In the Summary Dashboard, use =SUMIFS(Tbl_Assets[Cost ($)], Tbl_Assets[Status], "Active") to calculate total active asset value.
  • =COUNTIFS(Tbl_Assets[Status], "Under Repair") displays current assets needing attention.
  • =DATEDIF(Tbl_Assets[Warranty Expiry], TODAY(), "d") in a helper column flags assets expiring within 30 days (negative numbers = expired).

7. Never edit the Summary Dashboard manually—it is read-only and auto-updates from source data.
