Conditional Formatting Rules
- Overdue Tasks: Red background if task is due before today and not marked “Completed”.
- % Completion: Green gradient (0-30% → light yellow; 31-70% → light green; 71-95% → medium green; 96-100% → dark green).
- Resource Usage: Red if >85%, Yellow if 60–84%, Green if ≤59%.
Instructions for the User

- In Task & Timeline Tracker, add all tasks you own. Update “Hours Spent” weekly.
