A master list of all active research projects. Each row represents one project with the following structure:

- Start Date / End Date: Project timeline (Date)

Instructions for the User
Step 1: Enter your Employee ID (provided by HR) in cell B2 of the Daily Logs sheet. All personal fields auto-populate.
Step 2: Each morning, log your activities using the dropdown menus for Activity Type and Status. Be specific in Description.
Step 3: Update Hrs Spent honestly — this data feeds into organizational reporting and performance reviews.
Step 4: Review your Project Tracker dashboard weekly to ensure your % Completion aligns with deadlines.
Step 5: Use the Resources & Tools sheet to request equipment or software — managers receive automated alerts when fields are marked "Requested".
Note: Do not edit the Project Tracker or Dashboard sheets. These are read-only for employees.
