User Instructions
How to Use This Template:
- Begin by populating the “Client Directory” with all active and potential clients. Ensure each Client ID is unique.
- In the “Research Projects” sheet, link each project to a Client ID using the dropdown or VLOOKUP field.
- For every project, create detailed milestones in the “Project Timeline & Milestones” sheet. Update completion dates as work progresses.
- Use the “Budget Tracker” to log expenditures and compare against allocated funds. This sheet auto-calculates variance.
- The “Deliverables Log” records all outputs: papers, patents, reports — including upload links or file locations.
- Refresh the Dashboard by pressing F9 if using volatile functions like TODAY().
- Do not delete rows or modify column headers. Use the “Data Validation” dropdowns for consistency.
