User Instructions
How to Use This Template:
- Begin by populating the Client Registry. All future project entries must reference an existing Client ID.
- Create a new research project in the “Research Projects” sheet, selecting only registered Client IDs from the drop-down list.
- Update Project Timeline and Data Collection Logs weekly. The Dashboard auto-updates via linked formulas.
- Record all client communications or payments in the Billing Summary to trigger real-time financial reporting.
- Never delete rows—mark status as “Terminated” or “Completed” instead. This preserves audit trails.
- Use the Dashboard sheet for weekly team meetings: review project health, budget overruns, and client satisfaction trends.
