Conditional Formatting Rules

User Instructions
To use this template effectively:

- Add each research project under Project Tracker, selecting the correct Client ID from the dropdown.
- After every client interaction, log it immediately in the Communication Log—don’t rely on memory!
- Update project status weekly. The template automatically recalculates delays and counts.
- Use the Dashboard sheet for a visual snapshot of your research portfolio. Review every Friday to adjust priorities.
