User Instructions

How to Use This Template:

  1. Start by entering client and project details in the “Client Projects” sheet. Use dropdowns for Status and Research Type to maintain consistency.
  2. Update “Budget Spent ($)” and “Completion %” weekly, preferably every Friday.
  3. Add feedback entries in the “Client Feedback” sheet using the provided template (date, client name, score 1–5, comments).
  4. The Dashboard auto-calculates KPIs. Do not edit formulas—only input data.
  5. Check the “Summary Dashboard” every Monday to review project health before team meetings.
  6. To add new clients or projects, copy an existing row and update fields. Do not insert/delete rows in the middle of tables.
