User Instructions
How to Use This Template:
- Start by entering client and project details in the “Client Projects” sheet. Use dropdowns for Status and Research Type to maintain consistency.
- Update “Budget Spent ($)” and “Completion %” weekly, preferably every Friday.
- Add feedback entries in the “Client Feedback” sheet using the provided template (date, client name, score 1–5, comments).
- The Dashboard auto-calculates KPIs. Do not edit formulas—only input data.
- Check the “Summary Dashboard” every Monday to review project health before team meetings.
- To add new clients or projects, copy an existing row and update fields. Do not insert/delete rows in the middle of tables.
