  4. Every interaction (email, meeting, call) must be recorded in the Communication Log, including date, topic, and next steps.
  5. The Dashboard sheet auto-updates with charts. Refresh data by pressing F9 or enabling “Automatic Calculation” under Formulas > Calculation Options.
  6. Do not delete rows; use filters to hide inactive entries. Use the “Clear Filter” button to restore full view.
  7. This is a Template Version 2.1—ensure all users are on this version for consistency.
