Annual Research Management CRM Tracker — Comprehensive Excel Template
This comprehensive Excel template is designed specifically for Research Management teams operating within academic institutions, pharmaceutical companies, biotech startups, or government R&D departments. As a dedicated CRM Tracker, it centralizes all research-related stakeholder interactions—principals, collaborators, funders, ethics boards, and external partners—into a single structured system. Designed for Annual planning and review cycles, the template enables teams to track progress over 12-month periods with precision, accountability, and strategic foresight. Unlike generic CRM systems that focus on sales pipelines or customer service interactions, this tool is engineered for the unique rhythms of research workflows: grant applications, protocol approvals, publication timelines, conference participation milestones, and multi-year funding cycles.
