  5. Review the Daily Summary Dashboard every Friday. Identify trends (e.g., “Analysis” tasks taking longer than expected) and adjust workflows accordingly.
  6. If a task is blocked, notify your project lead immediately and update the Next Steps field with required support.
  7. Do not delete or reorder columns. Use the built-in filters to sort by date, researcher, or status.
