    2. Each Monday, open the Weekly_Log and enter new entries for all monitored equipment. Do not delete existing rows.
    3. Select Equipment_ID from dropdowns to ensure data integrity and automatic lookups.
    4. Update Status_Update if any equipment is damaged, calibrated, or missing. Use Maintenance_Performed field to record corrective actions.
    5. The Dashboard automatically updates — review KPIs on downtime rates, maintenance backlog, and utilization trends weekly during lab meetings.
    6. Export the Dashboard as PDF at week’s end for submission to Research Management oversight committees.
