Research Management - Home Template - Employee View
This Excel template is designed specifically for the Research Management domain under the Home Template framework with an Employee View. It empowers individual researchers and project contributors to autonomously track, organize, and report on their daily research activities while aligning with organizational goals. Unlike managerial dashboards or aggregated reports, this template is personalized — it assumes the user is the primary executor of research tasks rather than a supervisor. Its design prioritizes usability, clarity, and real-time feedback to enhance productivity and accountability at the individual level.

- Log resource usage to avoid conflicts or delays for your team.
