User Instructions
How to Use This Template:
- Start by entering your research projects into the “Projects Summary” sheet. Use dropdowns for Status and Risk Level to ensure consistency.
- Update Budget Spent and Milestone Completion weekly or biweekly. The Dashboard will auto-refresh.
- Do not edit formulas in columns marked as “Formula.” These are linked to other sheets.
- Use the “Notes & Updates” sheet to log changes, setbacks, or breakthroughs that don't fit numeric fields.
- To add a new project, simply insert a row at the bottom of “Projects Summary.” The table will auto-expand.
- The Dashboard uses named ranges and structured references — do not delete or rename any column headers.
