User Instructions
- Do NOT edit the Dashboard or Inventory Overview sheets. These are read-only for clients. Internal users may update Equipment Log, Reagents & Consumables, and Project Status Summary using protected cells (password: ResearchAdmin123).
- To update inventory, open the “Equipment Log” or “Reagents & Consumables” sheet. Add new rows at the bottom — tables auto-expand.
- Update project status weekly. Change "Status" dropdown and adjust milestones.
- Only enable “Client Access Enabled?” for items that may be shared with clients. Disable this flag for proprietary or sensitive assets.
- The Dashboard refreshes automatically via Excel’s dynamic arrays and formulas — no manual updates needed.
