  Formulas Required

  • Next Calibration Due: =IF(Last Calibration<>"", EDATE(Last Calibration, 6), "") — Auto-renews every 6 months.
  • Status Color Indicator: Uses conditional formatting rules based on Status column to highlight “Under Repair” in red, “Loaned Out” in orange.
  • Project Budget Utilization (Dashboard): SUMIFS(Current Value, Project ID, [ProjectID]) / Total Grant Amount — Tracks asset value spent per grant.

  Conditional Formatting Rules

  • Expiring Warranty: Cells in “Warranty Expiry” turn yellow if within 60 days, red if within 30 days.
