Conditional Formatting
- Budget Overrun: Red fill if Budget Spent > Budget Assigned.

- New Entries: Light green for rows where Last Updated is within last 7 days.
- Pending Review: Orange border on items with “Draft” status older than 14 days.
User Instructions
How to Use This Template:
- Always enter data into the Master Inventory sheet first. Other sheets auto-populate via formulas.
- Do not delete or rearrange columns – this breaks dependencies and formulas.
- Use dropdowns for Status, Type, Department, and Access Level to ensure consistency.
- Update the Resource Allocation sheet weekly with actual spend (e.g., equipment rental, consumables).
- Never manually edit the “Last Updated” or “Audit Log” columns – they are automated.
- Export Dashboard visuals quarterly for executive reviews.
- To archive a project: Change Status to “Archived.” It will automatically hide from active views but remain in data history.
