- In Consumables Stock: “Status” uses nested IF to determine Low Stock, Expired, or In Stock.
- In Dashboard Summary: “Total Active Equipment” = COUNTIF(Equipment Inventory[Status], "In Use")
- Total Expenditure on Research Tools: SUMIF(Equipment Inventory[Assigned Project ID], Dashboard!A2, Equipment Inventory[Cost])
- Inventory Turnover Rate for Consumables: Total Ordered / Average Stock (calculated dynamically)
Conditional Formatting
- Equipment Status = “Under Repair”: Highlighted in orange.
- Consumable Status = “Low Stock”: Red background with white text.
- Expiry Date within 30 days: Yellow fill for expiration warnings.
- Next Calibration due in ≤14 days: Red border on the corresponding row.
