Conditional Formatting Rules

• Risk Score > 18: Red background with white text (Critical Risk)

• FTE Allocation > 100% per person: Red border around cell (over-allocation alert)

Instructions for the User

To utilize this template effectively, assign a dedicated Research Operations Officer to maintain entries weekly. All data must be entered into the respective sheets; do not modify formulas or column headers. Use dropdowns exclusively for standardized inputs to ensure dashboard accuracy. Update Project Status and Milestone dates by the 5th of each month.
