  • Dashboard uses SUMPRODUCT and INDEX/MATCH to aggregate totals by department and funding source.

Conditional Formatting

  • Net Profit: Green if ≥ $0, Red if < $0, Yellow if between -$5K and $0.
  • ROI (%): Green >15%, Yellow 5%–15%, Red <5%.
