Conditional Formatting Rules
- Overdue tasks: Red fill if End Date is past TODAY() and Status ≠ “Completed”.
- High Priority tasks: Orange border around any task with Priority = “High”.
- Relevance Score (Literature): Color scale from light yellow (1) to dark green (5).
- Data Status: Yellow if “Pending Verification”, Gray if “Invalid”.
Instructions for the User
How to Use This Template:
- Begin by filling out the Project Overview sheet with your project details.
- Create your task list in “Research Tasks & Timeline,” prioritizing and estimating durations. Update status weekly.
- Add each source you read to “Literature Review Tracker” immediately—do not rely on memory!
- Log every data point in the Data Collection Log as soon as it is gathered, even if preliminary.
- Use the Dashboard sheet to monitor progress at a glance. Refresh PivotTables and charts monthly.
- This template is for PERSONAL USE—do not share sensitive data with untrusted parties.
