    Conditional Formatting Rules

    • Overdue tasks: Red fill if End Date is past TODAY() and Status ≠ “Completed”.
    • High Priority tasks: Orange border around any task with Priority = “High”.
    • Relevance Score (Literature): Color scale from light yellow (1) to dark green (5).
    • Data Status: Yellow if “Pending Verification”, Gray if “Invalid”.

    2. Create your task list in “Research Tasks & Timeline,” prioritizing and estimating durations. Update status weekly.
