Instructions for the User
Step 1: Populate the Project Registry sheet first with all research projects. This serves as a source of truth.
Step 2: In Main Timeline, use Data Validation dropdowns for Status and Risk Level. Do not type manually.
Step 3: Enter planned dates for milestones. The Progress % column will auto-calculate based on completed dates before today.
Step 4: Review the Status Dashboard. Charts update automatically when data changes.
Step 5: Refresh all pivot tables and charts by clicking “Refresh All” under Data > Queries & Connections.
Note: Only edit cells with white background. Grayed-out cells contain formulas and should remain untouched.
