  5. Use “Licenses_Patents” to track patent filings; link them to Project_ID for audit trails.
  6. Do not delete rows. Instead, mark inactive projects as “Terminated.”
  7. All charts are linked to source tables. Refresh PivotTables with Alt+F5 if data changes.
